Here is an example of some good artwork coming out of the midwest.
Magnet board art is all the rage with the fashion elite. Just ask Josh.

It’s getting cold out there. Winter is on the way and boredom will follow shortly thereafter. Before it gets too insane, Josh and I are gearing up to make a trip to New York at the end of this month. Hopefully we get to skate some good stuff and not get mugged. Do alot of people really get mugged or is that just a myth? I have never been there, but I guess I will find out (not the hard way, I hope). Either way it should prove to be entertaining.
So, being a fan of art, I like to look at various web pages of artists I think are good. For example, Jeremy Fish, an artist out of San Francisco who does my favorite stuff to date. Others include (but are not limited to); Don Pendleton, Nico Stumpo, Bob K., and Buffmonster.
Check those guys out and get inspired to create.
Oh, and before I forget, I have to put up a huge image of some sort or Josh will get confused. So here it is.
Word up.

Oct. 11-Oxford-This week, a five-year, controversial study came to a close at Oxford University. The study was the brainchild of a thirty-one year old former professional skateboarder from California. He wishes to remain anonymous for the time being, so we shall call him

That guy is one my heros. R.I.P. Rodney.
In other news, Christopher Reeve died too. I never cared for his movies and he always seemed like a smarmy a-hole, so I don’t care. But check out how his life went…

Harsh. How does the old saying go? You mess with the horse, you get the wheelchair? Whatever. Dude kind of looked like Lex Luthor right before he died. Kind of creepy.

Atheletes and entertainers have always been known to branch out. From Shaq Diesel to Bruce Willis, many have tried their hand at recording music. Nothing much ever comes of any of it, but for Olympian Carl Lewis, it’s clear he really had something speical going. View this video of him, and try to tell me he’s not clearly amazing, I dare you.

Is there someone in the Triumvirate named Jeremy? Seems like this news article HAS to be about someone that’s at least associated with us at the very lest.
Besides that, anyone who was thinking of getting THUG 2, don’t. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such an insultingly bad piece of crap in my life. At least the other Tony Hawk games minorly entertained the fact that they may possibly care about making a game that skateboarders would enjoy, but obviously they’ve given that idea up and are now just pandering to the average joe. Within the first two minutes of the game you are doing such pointless crap as spray painting on walls and skating as Ben Franklin. Don’t even bother. Good thing I only rented it.
Someone posted this video clip on the forums that makes me very concerned for this Swedish lad’s nether regions. I can safely say in all my years of skateboarding, that this is the first time i’ve ever seen someone focus their board the long way with their balls. Amazing.

Looks to me like Jon has already had some practice!
Look at the height and style! He should have grabbed the boot for extra points.
Rollerblading in the Zero park. Who would have ever imagined.

What do you do if you have done every trick possible on a handrail? Looks to me like you strap on some blades!
Just ask Jon Allie.
